I don't like them. started with D.A.R.E in 6th grade and the only time I have ever been to court was to challenge [which I won] a ticket I got for BEING rear ended When the judge read what the cop said in his report he actually just rolled his eyes and basically said " you can go"
in a world where Will I Go Away Am can make the millions off of straight ripping people off, using I Can Settle Them Out Of Court For About A 100th Of What I'll Make Off The Song And Their Broke Asses'll Take It as a strategy, i don't see ANYTHING wrong with being influenced by somebody and making something similar to theirs your own.
just don't straight bite and it's all good?
Cops - i think MOST of them get into being a police officer with the best intentions. i think the SYSTEM is so damn weighted towards making it difficult for people to be able to have ANY affect on the outcome after they're ticketed/something happens that it's ridiculous. i've more times where i was pulled over and they COULD have impounded my car or if something was askew in the system they gave me the benefit of the doubt.
....... maybe it helps being a big blonde blue-eyed white guy though? dunno.

Yeah...I tend to believe most are cool but the system does get in the way. They do a lot "tax collecting". Speaking of which, be careful tonight. Checkpoints might be ruff around NYE.
Not that I'm against checkpoints. If you're drinking and driving you're a douche and deserve more than what you get.
yahp. i think if you're pulled over DUI they should yank your license for good. it's not the fucking 50's. EVERYbody knows how dangerous it is to get hammered and drive.
BUT. technically, checkpoints are unconstitutional. where's the probable cause? i get VERY annoyed having to wait in line when i've not done anything illegal or anything that LOOKS illegal.
fuckers. we have way too many laws.

hurm. looks like Mission Engineering might be able to do what i'm reallllllllllllly lusting after since my EP-2 took a crap on itself. an expression pedal that has two always on outputs, one wired for the Line6 M-series stuff (fucking STUPID that it doesn't just take normal exp pedal data) and the other wired like a normal expression pedal. that would let me run one into my M9, the other into the Expressionator and be able to control 4 devices with one pedal.
fucking G-SPOT baybay.

silly line6.... a friend of mine uses a moog EP-2 and it works just fine... hrrmm.. do you still have warranty on that thing? I would return it and maybe get something new or at least a gift certificate or sumthin'?
i think it's been about 3 or 4 months. the plan was to figure out something that works, get that in, use this until then, then send it to Moog for a repair.
lol. actually, i SHOULD just send them an email right now to see if there's a way to fix it here. it's doing the same thing Erukus's's's's was. where when you go all the way heel down it slides up a little. makes it almost useless. be good to have as a backup i guess.
but......
a) i just don't trust it's build quality for giggin b) i'd LOVE to have just one pedal that worked with everything on mah board.
hurm. how'd you get an EP-2 to work with the M9? that's weird. my M9 doesn't recognize anything that gets plugged into unless it's specifically made for the M-series or it's the EP VP Jr 25k model.

nah.. he has a FM4... I guess that thing is not too picky on exp pedals... but the range is kinda fucked up... But since he got his franta the FM4 has to stay without an exp pedal Oh- and maybe you could even use the m9 with the expressionator... if you would mod it...
Had a freak accident with a glass jar and can't play guitar for awhile (lacerated tendons). That's one cure for GAS.. And posting, since typing with one hand sucks. Happy New Year.
