My friend's does this as well...he's fine if it's just loading the same map again but he crashes when it changes. Apparently this is a problem a lot of people have. I used to have issues where it'd just stay stuck at the loading screen forever, but that was fixed with the last patch. Hopefully they'll patch it out.
Also, I'm enjoying Total War: Shogun 2 that I had to buy the discounted Rome and Medieval II ones

so im itchin to play a game again. i dont keep up with games & rarely play them any more. last thing i played was fallout 3, & prior to that i dont even know.
pc platform of course. im thinking a fps, but enjoy most all games. what 1 game would you guys suggest?
Battlefield 3 is a jerk. I have like 5 maps in a row where I just want to punch my monitor, then I end up on a 24/7 Metro Conquest server, and it's a freaking blast. Like, most fun I've had in a game in a long time blast. MAKE UP YOUR MIND, BF3!
Dude, something is horribly, horribly wrong if Metro is ever anything other than both teams running into a hail of grenades on the stairs. You can get a lot of points as support or medic though. There's a video where some guy got like 83 kills by running people over in Metro with the UAV.

Bought a used Wii today for cheap, went to wally world, picked up Skyward Sword and a motion plus integrated controller. Ill probably sell it after I finish it. The only other game I have is Muramasa: The Demon Blade which I kept because its such a badass game and was saving for when I got a Wii-u.
3 hours in to Zelda SS, and im impressed with graphics, gameplay, story, and the wii-motion-plus. So far, it gets a rating of: FUCK YEAH!
I bought a PS3 a few months back only to play Metal Gear Solid 4(a fucking masterpiece. 10/10) and few other games, then sold it. I have no interest in Skyrim.
soooooooooo.......... tell me about Minecraft. i've never played it, 'cause i tend to avoid the OH MY GOD IT'S SWALLOWED MY LIIIIIIIIIIIFE games 'cause i have enough of an addictive personality as it is.
i just looked at the website and it looks........ not good. graphically at least. should i try it out? should i just go with my limited understanding of the constant jokes about it?
murrrrrrrrrrrr?

Yeah give it a shot. It's pretty fun if you're playing with some bros in survival mode, the free play mode isn't as fun with random jerks online. The graphics have a certain charm. I think it's kinda dumb how you can upload a video of yourself playing minecraft with commentary and instantly get like 500,000 views though... I'm not super SUPER into it. You know, after a few instances of building a huge fortress complete with lava fountain and lavafalls, only to have it erased because your friend wanted to try some fucking stupid mod, it's not quite as fun. I play it in bursts.

I pretty much play it in bursts too, like obsessive for a week or two then nothing for months. I do like the continued updates and added content, and I kinda like the graphics, they have a certain charm.
It's a hella fun game, but you probably will get bored of it after playing for a while so it's not really that bad on the life-destroying front.
I activated the bonfire like you always do after most bosses not really thinking of the consequence. I linked the fire and was consumed by it, taking Gwyn's place and continuing the oppression of the Age of Fire/Gods. While this does end the curse, it is also the "bad" ending when you think about it.
Exiting without linking the fire would still have broken the curse and would have made me the Dark Lord, starting the Age of Dark (also known as the Age of Man)
Pretty far into Rage and the AI is just sinister, definitely the smartest I've ever played against in a shooter. Each enemy type has their own playstyle and you really need to adapt your tactics in each situation.
Ok so I only bought bastion on a whim because it was cheap on steam, but daaaaaang, it basically seems like all the praise it gets is entirely correct.
