boner. want. for like 70 bucks, like... need. has anyone tried one?
I got one for Christmas - haven't had a ton of time to play with it, but the various step settings (trem, phase and ring mod) are tons of fun. There is a definite (though not huge) volume drop and some bass loss (I am a bass player), but it's still good for what I wanted it for, which are largely makin' noise on my home recordings. And the price can't be beat.
Yeah, for the price, it's worth it for the whacky step settings alone. And the "suggested settings" names in the instructions are pretty awesome as a little bonus... I can't remember 'em all off the top of my head, but they're all things like "Autumn Sunrise" and "Two Robots Fighting." Good times...
I find myself wanting both, the fd900 and the fd800... but something in my brain prevents me from wanting two muza pedals but I'll probably get them anyways... when I have money again. The fd900 probably first, I need a reverb.

Yeah, gotta have priorities! Now that I've tried the 800, I'd definitely try the 900...
Keep me in mind if you decide to sell either one of them. I'll probably just rehouse one of them. Gotta do it frekisch blüês style! Well, except I'm not going to sell it for over high prices.
