I really liked what the RI could do, but that volume level sucked it so much I traded it. The guy who wanted it gave me a tall font, so I guess I won. However, a clone by mr. Lyons would be the way to go, from my understanding.

I loved the Reissue, but damn. The volume drop on it was ridiculous. I had to have the volume knob dimed and the tone boost on to do anything with it, so mine had the same fate.

I'm planning on designing my own octave up fuzz and releasing it next year - specifically because of this. It won't be a clone, but I'm aiming on it having the same "end of the world" sound with an octave up. :thumb:

Yes, that crushing/exploding/huge low end sound is the blender. It's quite massive...more than anything I've heard.

Other than the volume drop, I actually like the reissue, but I normally stack it with an Ampeg Scrambler clone so it's louder than sin.

The FB is loud as hell. If there is a volume drop then there is definitely something wrong.
These things can peel paint off a wall!
