Yep, probably a pinched nerve, the excact same thing happened to me last time I went snowboarding, it got so bad and lasted so long I had to go to the hospital. Doc said it was a pinched nerve and sent me home with some pain killers.

what sort of yoga are you doing? i am a great fan of Integral Yoga Hatha because it manages to be extremely beneficial to the body while remaining very, very gentle.

I second the chiro idea..not that I've ever seen one myself, but I have a friend who does see one on a regular basis and totally recommends it. Her mother had a pinched nerve a while back and saw the chiro - fixed it up fairly quicky. She keeps telling me its good for correct adjustment and ironing out all those aches and pains I moan about all the time, but I'm a scaredy cat
