since (Fuzz aside) we all love each other and music too I thought it would be a good idea to start a tape trading club. Another reason for this is that I wanted to give something back to all of you insane awesome dudes and of course I want to sell your addresses to chinese robot suprematists. So here goes my contribution to community-building, spreading the love and all of that fuzzy warm stuff.
Some rules:
The host makes all the rules but one: one host at a time and changeover after each round.
So, as I will begin here are my rules (tried & approved on another forum):
- It will remain a secret who makes the mix for who. I will do this like the Secret Santa, you write me an email, I randomly make an order and then give out the assignments.
- Each participant gives a choice of two themes for the mix. Try not to be too specific so that the person doing the mix for really has a chance.
- The default format is audio CD. If you accept other stuff, state it in the email. (You can't exclude CD's though.)
- Mixes should not be longer than 90 minutes and (obviously) have a specific order.
That's it. I will accept participants for a short time only, I want this to be quick and dirty. End of this round is friday, 16th, 6pm Middle European Time. So, write an email to owwldrone ät gmail.com before that and state your themes, address, ILF handle and maybe format variants.
