Re: The official used section of Guitar Center thread
I used to live like two miles away from the Arlington Guitar Center, which actually was consistently a pretty great GC with a really nice and helpful staff. They'd always allow me to use coupons on things that I wasn't supposed to (like the layaway on my Grabber), and then I went to college. NOW THE CLOSEST GC IS THIRTY+ MINUTES AWAY, AND TOTALLY BLOWS BALLS.

It's funny how when you go to a GC every day, you tend to find the cool used things right when they get there.

The SF GC is pretty fuckin legit.
I've found some cool used pedals at surprisingly good prices at my local GC. I haven't bit on anything yet though. If they still have this $20 MXR Distortion + I saw last time I might hit dat.

What's the best DC area GC? (I'd drive to Baltimore if really worth it.) I've got a $65 credit to blow through.

I'm not sure how to link directly to the listing, but go to
http://used.guitarcenter.com/usedGear/index.cfm
and search for "telecaster deluxe" nationwide.
it'll pop up.

I got my G&L Legacy Tribute for $200 and my BBE Supa Charger for $70. I always look at their used stuff first whenever I go in.

My Classic Player Jaguar HH was $400ish shipped after using a coupon that shouldn't have worked, my MIJ '69 Mustang in a non-available in the US color was in the 300s.
I barely missed a sonic blue Mustang (no idea if it was a reissue or not, for the price I wouldn't have cared) with an awful American flag pickguard for $225.
Online site is the fight club of used gear.

I actually bought both my red Mosrite Celebrity and my Musicman 112 from the used section of GC. Try not to buy new gear there as a rule, but I have (well, my wife really, for my MexiCaster in 1996).
