But yeah. I have been thinking about Nort's Schimmer tremolo for a while, but wanted to lay low for nor, pedal wise. Also already have three tremolos ... so I'll probably buy it.

Delay is - to me - the sandwich mayo of a pedalboards. It's often a most appropriate dressing. At its best it's acceptable even on its own, in small amounts, but nobody orders a mayo sandwich - right? - since clearly the purpose of mayo is to just moisten a bit the fuzz sandwich to taste.
Therefor we come to equation fuzz > delay > fuzz
