The SC-3 I'm still warming up to. The neck could use a little fine tuning, but man - that thing sounds gooooooooood. Holy hell. The flexibility of having three MFD's to work with is bananas. Plus it's yellow like bananas. Can't beat these for the money.

Walnut. It's a tribute though, so that's just a finish. The body is swamp ash.

You guys will call me crazy for the "modifications" I made to this, just like the guys at the guitar shop do, BUT I will NEVER get rid of this guitar. If I'm homeless and broke, I will still have it. It was a comanche originally, but I had humbuckers put in it years ago. Swamp Ash is the way to go. Every time I pick up another guitar it feels like a toy compared to mine. I really want another G&L for sure.

You don't know how many people think that their guitar needs to stay stock so that it's worth more when they hand it to their kids. I know the 80's caused some Les Paul's to be routed for Kahlers and other crazy stuff
but y'know who routed out some wood for wang bars?
Slayer
Yknow who didn't?
That blooz jerk with a Santana shirt that's ALWAYS in the way at the used store.
I bet if you sold those z pickups you make all your money back.
guitars are hammers if you put some electrical tape on the handle so the blood doesn't make the hammer slippery so be it.

I have never had a boner for a G&L. I feel so...all alone.
Maybe partying will help.

Really, where is Elwood when you need him? For a little bit, it was Kosta, him and me that liked G&Ls around here.

This one is a Tribute. Standard price on them is 799. I got BassNW to match an internet listing for me in the 630 range.

I think the USA version is about 1400 or so.
