Im building a Devi Ever US (http://www.etsy.com/listing/71438057/tp ... and-dn-but) My question is what wiring format should i be using.

what do you want. they all work. I don't think you want positive ground unless you are actually building positive ground and you know what that is.

Technically they all are standard. Each has a slightly different purpose, but the either of the first two are what you want to use. The last (3rd) one, is for positive ground, like vintage fuzzfaces or tonebenders. These can not be used with the same power supply as most pedals, & there's no reason to make the US circuit in this fashion.
The first two, are what you will see the most, and both essentially do the same thing. If you take a look at the first one, you will see it is true bypass with an led. Now look at the 2nd, it is also true bypass with led, but it has the input grounded. This can be very helpful in high gain/noisy circuits, but not always required. I think a lot of people go with this one just to be safe. It's not any extra work really.
