So it works similarly to a phone. When you hit a number key, it makes a tone, each key if different. So this sends code/tone and the guitar amplifies it into the processor of the pedal. Thus rewriting the code for the previous toneprint.

...has anyone tried the vibrato? I got to use sonidero's delay, which sounded great, but...

i'd REALLY want to buy one if they made the toneprint editor public. how awesome would that be?

it's reading data played super-fast as audio tones, the same way drum machines etc. used to load data from cassette tape. a totally paleo thing, but adapted brilliantly.

Friggin' cool. I wasn't too impressed with the demo's of the Toneprint series I checked out online but this makes me reconsider.

Does anyone here have good experience with any of the Toneprint pedals?

I've got the Shaker vibrato and the Vortex flanger.

I think they're pretty nice pedals for the money. I'd recommend them both. They're by no means my favorites, but they are very flexible in their applications. So far I've only downloaded the Vortex TonePrint software. I haven't even gotten around to the Shaker TonePrints yet. Even without the TonePrint stuff there're still a ton of sounds to be found in these pedals. I haven't had 'em for very long. So, I kinda wanna hear what they're capable of doing before totally diving into the well of TonePrints. It seems like there's an almost endless variety of options to choose from. Almost too many. It's actually a little overwhelming. (In a good way.)

I don't have an iPhone and probably won't ever be getting one, but it seems like it'll be an easier way to manage the TonePrint software. I won't be beaming shit, unfortunately. USB fo' me. Yeah, the whole new technology thing is cool though. I'm sorta fascinated by it and it's fun to play around with. You guys should buy at least one of these TC pedals just to check it out. They're good and cheap.
