apparently PGS shipped with signature confirmation, so they didn't leave mine today. after 15 minutes of waiting at the post office tonight (like 6:15) they told me the mail carrier must not be back yet because they couldn't find it. didn't leave me in a very good mood. it better be here tomorrow.
just got this bad motherfucker in the mail today, and man what a crazy pedal it is. i only had maybe 35 minutes to fuck around tonight but from what i can tell this thing is really a unique beast. kinda like the Sea Machine on acid or in a feedback loop. sonically there is alot of strange inside but there is usable as well. center the pitch and the secondary and it becomes more tame for traditional sounds. through experimenting i got some bizarre alien ring mod sounds, warped slapback, haunting chorus sounds, some really weird alien take off phase-y sounds, and sounds i cant describe. the tracking knob is kinda like the dimension knob on the sea machine only it works in reverse for delay time. the magic knob really brings the strange and pushes shit to oscillation with the switch engaged. tomorrow i'm gonna spend more time using it to harness all its power. this is a cool pedal, you guys cant have mine.
oh yeah i'd do a demo but i don't have the technology.

Same here. I'm proud of my ability to make a decisive decision.
Decisive decision making myself. The demo + discount + EQD's general badassness led to one of the least thought out purchases in my gear buying life. I've owned a PS-3 though and I loved the "mode 7" weirdness. The Rainbow Machine sounds similar, only way cooler with more controls and magic.
This gave me a case of the fuckits... which lasted the rest of the day because I blew about fifty dollars after that too , mostly on other people too.
