I got 8 or so, but i allways feel stupid with that PT Mini at my feet when i really dont use more than one pedal at the time, so i could settle with just one dirtbox a tuner & a boost.

But having a delay and a phaser is just so much fun and three dirtboxes in a row is awesome at times.

Yes I did! I think I sent it in a Geneva chocolate box or something weird like that. I miss it too sometimes, but I can't really justify getting another one\. I can't remember what I used that money on, though. What'd you sell it for?

Hey bucko, I'm trying to free up some cash. But yeah that is sort of me. I've participated in B/S/T a number of times.

I have that! :joy: I would definitely only sell it to get a timeline or if I really needed the money, since it does all sorts of cool stuff.

OT, I do most of my gigging with pedals/just a sparkle motion, and I love it. For one thing most pedals wouldn't fit the music (60s rock n roll covers) that well, but also it makes soloing more interesting; when I play by myself I normally go for making cool sounds with huge fuzz/delay/feedback, but in a band with a clean(ish) amp and no pedals it's all about phrasing, and I like the challenge.

That right there is why I think Carlos Santana was an excellent guitarist. He almost emphasizes the ends of notes more than start which more people should do.

On the other hand, it sucks when you can come up with the coolest sound on your own but can work it into a groove. That's why I've been trying to think of myself as the human sequencer lately. I've been trying to play "samples" rather than "riffs"; it's best way to work crazy noises into a song.

Fixed.

I've bought my McSpunkle pedals. If you haven't, you're probably a pedophile or you strangle dachshunds for sexual gratification

11, 13 with footswitches(hey they control reverb, tremolo and lead channel and they take up room on my board). I think I'll make it 16 very soon including an expression pedal.

I think it's funny when builders aren't really "into" or use pedals.

That said, I usually have about 8-10, but never really over that. I try and keep with a 1 in 1 out sorta thing. So if I get gas, I've gotta convince myself to sell something else. Keeps me humble and my wife happy. :)
