Well I've got the important stuff ordered. I had to go with my backup plan because some of the parts I ordered are going to be here after christmas, so coming to the bst thread in january will one homemade thing by me (because I ordered all the parts in doubles).

Fucking A, my "assignment" may have to wait a bit longer but it's gonna be soooooo worth it! The final (and bestest) item is currently being shipped to me from afar...

Yeah, I'm so gassed just to see if my, uh, victim enjoys his goodies, I'm not stressin' what my santy gets me. It's all about the thought counting and whatnot!

So how long does one have to wait before the gift can be listed in the B/S/T? :duck:

Getting down to the wire but still plugging along...I've been working since day 1 (a few parts hold ups) hopefully I won't be late.

I think last year the was a "don't put your gift in bst" rule, but doubt if everyone still has theirs...I let mine go cheap, just a couple months ago, welcoming a new forumite.

There was. And I think it would just be plain rude to put your gift in the b/s/t right away. But I guess if you simply can't use your gift after toying with it for a while it would be stupid to keep it regardless. Rather have someone get it that really enjoys it.

There also was a rule that you were supposed to demo your gift. I think almost noone did, but I'd encourage people to do it this time around.
