What kind of styles of beer do you like? How good is the selection at your local store?

Pale ales are always enjoyed. I like stouts and darker ales too. I'm thinking some Anchor Steam sounds good tonight, so maybe something along those lines.

Some breweries sell sampler packs that usually come in 12 packs. That can be a fun way to try different kinds of beer with out being stuck with a bunch no one likes.

Anchor Steam is always solid. In the same style as Anchor is Old Scratch by Flying Dog, you can usually find those in most places.

You guys don't get Long Trail way out on the west coast do you? Their Double Bag is an awesome Amber Ale / Altbier-style. Also, Otter Creek Copper Ale is another Altbier-style Amber which is really good.

BC, I don't think I've ever seen any Long Trail stuff out here but I will most definitely keep an eye open for it, as well as your other recommendations. Thanks!
