Looks like he's tearing apart the greatest guitar of the last ten years, the Squier Tele Custom II. They take abuse really well.

by the way, the guitar IS ok... the pickguard is severely bruised, but the guitar has new strings and plays just fine! (i made sure to stay away from the fretboard, lol)
