new Eko guitars at PGS

Post by dubkitty »

check these out! the pickups are utterly generic, but that can be easily rectified. other than that, i find them extremely boss. i've got a terrible sudden need to get one of the blue Mantas and put FilterTrons in. why do they have to keep introducing new groovy-looking electric guitars with wack-a-doo vibrato tailpieces when i have no job???

i'm not going to try to post the pictures from PGS, because they'll come out the size of a Fiat 600 when posted.

They look like real punk guitars, might get one later one. I just can't decide whether i hate their looks or love them.

I’ve owned a couple of original EKOs. A small hollow body single cut away with very microphonic staple pickups. Sweet jazz sounds if you can avoid horrendous feed back problems.
And a Knight stereo. It looked like a Strat with a lot of switches and extra wheel controlled pots. Stereo mode produced some nice sitar like sounds.
