Nearly every group that I've been in since I was 16 was just about an hour away from where I live. Farthest one-time commute though would be flying to Alabama to tour out to California and up to Washington in Daikaiju

Wow you guys are making me feel lucky. I'm in two bands. For one of them it takes me about 15 minutes to get to the practice space. Then in the second we all live on the same street and just practice in his garage in the back. :thumb:

:thumb: well, that's good for You for sure...

I once had a rehearsal space fifteen minutes away from me. It was great since I could leave all my gear there and drop in to play without much scheduling. Needless to say, I was there almost daily, and if nobody else showed up, I was there on my own.
