Now it seems I'd need one too, a traveling bass and a traveling amp. My gear really isn't a light travelers delight.

Imagine having to spend the X-mass holidays in a spa hotel, full American plan with everything taken care about for me. Okay, except for an open tab in the bar. But how do I manage without an amp? I don't suppose I get to use the piano bar gear - which probably sucks ass anyway - on my own.
