WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
So not that we're all a buncho greedy bastards but wish lists should help out the Santas to make sure you get something extra awesome.
Don't get lazy, Santas! Use the list as a guideline...continue to stalk your victim.
Not just new pedals...we're not all rich models.
Do you fix broken pedals for fun? Want some DIY parts/kits?
Need strings/picks/straps?
Do you dig vinyl? What kind of bands do you listen to?
Shirt/shoe size?
Books/Comics/Movies?
Favorite food/candy?
Do cowboys butts drive you nuts?
So post some general lists here to point them in the right direction.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
Just to get started....
I like:
Pedlulz: Bender MKI's and the like, primitive crusty fuzzes, weird new fuzzies. Also weird modulation/time/filter stuff.
DIY parts/supplies/projects also welcome.
Books: Been reading lotso China Mieville...nearly through his work but if you comes across a similar author hit me up.
I also dig the likes of Pynchon/Wallace/Borges (also looking for similar stuff, I own most of their works).
...or any electronics/pedlulz books.
Hot sauce/spicy shit: Maybe something local I've probably never heard of.
Shirts: Athletic Medium? (or a small that runs a bit large) I'm at one of those transitional sizes
Threadless usually has stuff I dig.
I love robots...and robot things.
NO drugs/booze mmmkay?

For the sake of keeping it like a secret santa, I'll remove the post.
I'll try to post more elsewhere so you can stalk.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
Ok-
I don't necessarily need wahs (well, except maybe some cool auto-wahs) or boosters of some sort.
Everything else- GIMME!
I have a little bit of dirt and fuzz but it's really just one pedal each so don't hesitate to give me MOAR!
I'm also widely open to everything modulation-y: phaser, flanger, vibrato, etc...
Basically I'm raw iron. Forge me, give me whatever you want. I'm not picky!
EDIT: since everybody else posts it: My shirt size is L (arge) and I'm pretty much set on books (awaiting kindle). I don't have a ps3 or xbox... but a decent gaming pc if you desire to send me some game. Oh- I don't have a dvd player either
But yeah- I'm not picky and will surely be happy with everything you send me
Just send me whatever you want.. I'll be happy with everything- trust me.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
Nice idea there, Gunner... if anyone is feeling lost with their target / assignment / victim, it'll be good to have a reference thread for ideas.
In general, I'm happy with whatever my Secret Satan wants to get me, but if they're looking for suggestions:
Pedals: I'm pretty set on regular fuzz & dirt, though I am into octave fuzzes (and am on the lookout for a good Tone Machine clone). I love love love weird modulation... if you've got a line on any cheap 80's chorus / flange / vibrato / phase / what-have-you that can be pushed to weird extremes, I'd be super happy! The nice thing is that a bunch of those can typically be found for cheap. Definitely not afraid of digital. Artificial sounding? Sure! I'll probably love it!
Books: Definitely into weird sci-fi / metafiction stuff. I would be interested in the likes of China Mieville - been meaning to get into his stuff for a while. If you're down with comics, I'm a big Hellboy / BPRD / Mignola-in-general fan.
Shirts: Sure! What the heck. I'm generally good with a straight large.
But really, I'm just happy to be here...

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
From reading the three US wantlists, I don't think being a secret santa is going to be very difficult.
I've got a ton of fuzz atm. I'd still be into a nasty 60's fuzz - esp a superfuzz or merkin-fuzzritey type, or a modern noisy-harsh or noisy-synthy fuzz. My only modulation is a Seppuku Repeater, so reverb, phase, delay, autowah and chorus can all five go on the list. I traded both my awesome chewy overdrive pedals away (monarch and workingman's blue), so some thick OD would be cool.
Not big on plain wah pedals. Boost pedals don't usually have enough oomph for my tastes, tho I am open to being suprised on the boost front.
I like zombie movies, monster movies, grindhouse stuff, funky 70's movies, and old B&W movies too. Have DVD and VHS, no blu ray. No torture porn-horror please. Have too many kung fu movies to ever need another.
Like comics and graphic novels. Crime, noir-sf, horror, post-apocalypse novels. Did I mention zombies?
And I want my fleshlight alien or the Tori Black v. Cuz now that I've seen it, I can't unsee it.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
I am all about some doomy fuzz. I really love superfuzz circuits. I'd also really like a Black Cat OD1 on the cheeeeps!
I do need some modulation and verb but would rather have a nice cheap fuzz of some sort.
I also like candy and trucker hats that are related to doom bands.
TEAM TESLA!!!!!
As far as books go I love bios about awesome dead musicians.
I wear a 3xl shirt because I am a lumberjack.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
All the fuzz I've got is fairly modern stuff so clones of vintage would be nice to play around with. ILF DIYers welcome.
I like weirdo stuff with randomize options or expression control.
I am of legal age to consume and I like trying different local beers, the more flavorful the better. (Though I think it's technically illegal to mail alcohol to Mass.) I love trying different foods of all kinds; I have an experimental palate.
I like surreal or abstract artwork.
I've got too many projects so parts won't really turn me on.
Whoever I get will receive a big box of love.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
I like fuzz. Also fuzz. Did I mention fuzz yet?
I'm pretty easy I think.
I also like phasers, modulation, octaves, filters, delays...pretty much anything that is an effect. Not a real picky guy here.
Books...have TONS of those already, so no need.
I'm a medium shirt size.
Got tons of music but would dig the new Opeth or bands similar to Opeth. Also would dig on some ILFer's cds.
I'm pretty health conscious, so no booze/drugs for me either. I like healthy shit mostly. Favorite food is salmon (good luck shipping that

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
neat!
urrrrm... i love books but i've moved to a Kindle, so that's a bit weird.
Pedz - i've got plenty of normal stuff, not much into delay but love all other weird kinds of modulation. i love me some fuzz, but i do play bass, so low end retention is pretty durn important. and got loads of normal fuzzies, so weird 'uns are awesome.
shirts are a bitch 'cause i displace so much water when submerged. i can't wear anything smaller than a double ex eL.
musics are neat. i like any genre (outside country) that's got interesting stuff going on. usually buy cds and rip them or dl stuff. yay Lower Quality Mass Storage Devices!
weird toys and odd shit is always cool.
i'm boring, don't drink or drug it out.
hurm. i dunno. really, anything's cool. this is gonna be mad fun!
lulz. sounds like the worst personals add ever.
SWM, loves weird fuzz, Low End a premium.

Re: WISHLISTS! ILF Secret Santa v2 (2011)
I feel like an egotist listing all this stuff, but here it goes:
Effect-wise, not particularly into the crazy stuff and I am a simple man when it comes to knob count. Anything but a Muff, really.
I play mostly heavy rock, so... yeah. (Bonus fact: I love feedback)
Musically, I love heavy(not-doomy)/chaotic jams, a la The Chariot/Daughters, and mathy/indie rock. Also, I <3 vinyl.
I wear a large shirt (or extra large if it runs small).
I'm a fan of all things cutesy and/or Japanese and I steer clear of horror/gore stuff and booze/drugs.
No matter what you send me, Ima prolly crush on you forever anyways. <3
