I never got the huge phallic symbol thing in anime. Although I haven't watched much so I guess it makes sense that I don't "get it".

If by "post-nuclear" you mean "after people learned about rhythmic variety." :p

Definitely should listen to more chillwave though.

In other news, I finally got a splitter so I can actually use my delay/echo as a echo rather than an unnoticeable slap-back with dry and wet outputs.

my enormous grey kitteh of love, Ronaldinho, almost gave me a fucking heart attack last night. he has this mysterious ability to disappear sometimes...despite the fact that he's one of the biggest domestic cats i've ever seen, he somehow dematerializes so effectively that you can't find him in the three open rooms of a 750 square foot house. given the breakup and attendant ugly upheaval, when i came home last night and couldn't find one-third of my cat family i panicked and was afraid Kim, who had threatened repeatedly to take the cats until the cops told her she couldn't without a court order which no judge would be willing to give her, had come and stolen him. so i spent a half-hour searching everywhere in an increasing state of panic and worry, probably confusing the crap out of the neighbors by standing on the porch yelling "Ronal-DIN-ho!", and generally acting like a mother whose seven year old is out too late. i decided to calm down and wait awhile, remembering that he has this talent for disappearing that's driven Kim and i crazy in the past more than once, and that it wouldn't have made sense for her to come up and just take the cat and not any of her other stuff that was still here. and after the fifth or sixth time i searched the bedroom he came sauntering out, looking sleepy and with a "what;s all the hub-bub, bub?" look on his face. i was all "you stupid doofus, do you realize i almost called the cops on your Mom? come here!" and i grabbed him and hugged him like the Prodigal Son. he's a very huggy cat, the only one i've ever known who'll let you grab him and hug him like a four-year-old hugs a stuffed bear. i was so happy he was all right. he's such a fucking goofball.

Thanks to that cheap guitar thread, it's taking a whole of will power to not buy an old Aria LP off of eBay.

Soooo... I didn't want to start a thread on this (yet) because I need some other things first but I want to buy a guitar in the (near) future. I have a few ones I really like but I wanted to get your opinion on them. :hello:
Here are the pics:

Possibly the green. Either that, or the first one.

The "Nature" with black binding is pretty secks. Green would be my second choice.
IMHO, spalted tops are disgusting.

Reverse first and second choice and that would be my opinion.

So there seems to be much overall love for the green one.. :idk:
I don't really like the pearl-white pickguard.. The spalted top one is pretty, imo, because the black pickguard goes well with the dark lines of the wood... but a black pickguard on the green one would probably look completely misplaced..

TBH, the pickguards didn't really cross my mind. In any case they seem like standard tele guards, so getting any color replacement shouldn't be an issue. :idk:
For what it's worth, I would probably put a black pickguard on the "Nature", anyway. I've never been a fan of pearloid.
