This is what I get up to at the minute. Or rather, a rehearsal tape of it. We're putting out a record next month that's instrumental: Guitar, Piano, Amplified Violin and Drums. It gets somewhat intense, if you have the patience.

Sounds sweet. Let me know when the record is done.

Well, I came into this thread with a grin on my face, ready to drop two huge albums on the proverbial table, Animals As Leaders' self titled, and Mirrored by Battles. But fuck me if you guys didn't post them on the first page.

But I did get to see Animals As Leaders this month. shit was awesome.
...and I've got no mother and I've got no dad. :yay:

So jealous. A while back I got tickets to a show with Animals as Leaders and two bands I'd never heard of before. I assumed Animals as Leaders would be headlining, since like how could they not? Still, I showed up 15 minutes before the show was scheduled to start. And, Animals as Leaders was walking off the stage... They finished their set 15 minutes before the show was supposed to start. They wouldn't even give me a refund for my ticket. Just went home so pissed.
