I guess he should tell Chris Squire and Paul McCartney, whom he he lists as his influences, that they're doing it wrong.
Also, fuck people who are all like "ONLY PLAY WITH FINGERS EVER." No one cares. I'd play with a banana if it was the sound I wanted.

I met him a few times when I worked in downtown Palo Alto (he was one of our customers); I can't say that I liked him, since he was VERY aware of who he was and made DAMN sure that you knew this also...I did respect him, tho. He truly was the Thomas Edison of our time.

dood's a complete doucher, but i can't be arsed to wade through 14 pages to get more quotes from his dumb ass. i DO like how somebody took a pic of where his profile said where he had the wrong year of the bass he was working on. gah. is it getting worse over there or it just in a down swing?

I put a sticker on a bass for the first time in 15 years yesterday. I enjoyed it so much I put TWO stickers on it even.
Oh whoops, this picture doesn't really show the other sticker. Awesome!

Better luck next time, and it might have worked better if a mod hadn't already called him on exactly that about 2 pages before.
