its a resistor from a solder less experimenter kit. the silver knubs snap together with other parts.

It's a mojo cultivation platform. You give it sun light and water then, after a week, you have a mojo infused resistor that gives max boner toanz.

but they were noobs and loaded the wrong sort of resistor, you really need one like this for the best toanz.
