DOWN, momentary switch engaged. When pushed, function is on.

Will this switch setup work?
I'm trying to figure out if this switch setup will work or not. Basically, I have a momentary switch (normally open/off) that I added a toggle to. The idea is that, the toggle will either:
UP, function on
DOWN, momentary switch engaged. When pushed, function is on.
