Lol, what I like is the ideathat I'm not quite playing a keyboard. Im listening for the melody not the notes I'm playing. Not to mention I'm not a keyboard player is it is... So it'll be hopefully more organic.

Aren't these the same guys/gals that did that cellular automata video synth? Wish they still sold those....ultimate back screen projection

I was looking at them a while back. Cool little pieces of gear. If I'm not mistaken, the same company makes the most ingenious/retarded phrase sampling device ever. I know I could check by looking at the link, but don't want to be so tempted for something so silly ever again.

critter and guitari are super sweet!
i bought a cellular automata kit years ago and it's totally rad. the pocket piano is really cool too - tons of great sounds in there...

I'd be all over the kaleidoloop if it had a footswitch that you could record with. I may email them to see if it's possible.
