Shoe Pedals Pixel Fix Preview

Post by V_____ »

Hey, so I should be building some more of these (and a larger brother called the Mega Pixel) very soon. I thought I would share the teaser demo to hear what everyone thinks:

Guitar is a mexican strat outfitted with some nice inexpensive handwound pickups (bridge humbucker used for a lot of this, but the neck single coil pickup is used for the thicker part at the end).
Amp is a stock Fender Pro Jr (the version before the current one).
The delay and vibrato sections use a strymon timeline (vibrato uses the lo fi mode for the immediate response but the fidelity is set at full on the delay).
Mic: SM57

Anyway, its a gated silicon fuzz intended to make video game and synthesizer sounds.

I dig it. I love being able to squeeze out some super saturated pseudo-synth sounds.
