That's one of those strategically worded sentences to give a false impression of what it actual states.

For sure. If it's true that they are all made overseas, and cost is still so high

While we're on the subject of zvex, did anyone else notice that the tremolo probe is just a volume pedal

Still can't believe it's that expensive, but at least they're honestly ripping people off. It just has a stupid name.
OT, that's a pretty expensive vibrato...

Re: Instant lofi
The price of a super hard on alone is reason enough to not want any zvex pedals
too legit to quit

The Vexter series is a pretty good price, at least I think.
It's definitely reasonable, compared to the custom batches, but honestly, I like some of the finishes and, even though I can do it myself, I like having a paint job that no one else has. The Wooly Mammoth Custom I got for my birthday last year is my favorite pedal for both aesthetics and toan.

two new external controls on the wah probe add a welcome touch more versatility to a limited pedal

Re: Instant lofi
I've always been interested in the lofi loop junky, but it was just way too expensive for such a simpler looper. If they ever released a vexter version, I'd be really interested, but I hear they're quickly going out of productions due to lack of available parts. This doesn't really interest me, the vibrato and such seemed like more of an add on. I'm glad they released this, because people who had the LFLJ seemed to really want this sound. Hopefully zvex releases another looper someday.

I had a loop junky and I loved it; I still regret selling it. Pick one up if you can.

Re: Instant lofi
wasn't my intentionI'll flesh it out so it seems less spammy
the ILFJ
Like many people, I was psyched about this pedal. I've owned a LFLJ for a while. It doesn't get much use, but I can't force myself to sell it because of "that" sound. The compression, the soft hiss, etc. That said, there isn't much to say about the ILFJ. It sounds just like the LFLJ. The namm demo videos cover all the new features. Personally have no use for it

the vexter wah probe
I was about to buy a used, handpainted probe. But then I tried one out and quickly decided against it. It was cool for filtery sweeps, the end. Then the vexter version came out. The controls let you dial in a shorter wah range and determine which frequency it peaks and bottoms out at. That+the lower price make this pedal a 'no brainer' for lovers of the wah probe. Unfortunately, I feel the same way about it as its more expensive counterpart. I felt myself using it for the same application. I'd be more interested if the theremin control felt more natural. Maybe I should practice with it more
or maybe I just don't like wahs...
