That's my second favourite kind. So good. I just finished a container of that the other day. Right now I'm trying out a garden vegetable hummus, and spinach artichoke. The spinach artichoke is the better of those two, but it isn't as good as the roasted red pepper or jalapeno.

Buy it. Usually Sabra. Maybe I'll learn how to make it. Would probably save me money.

Try the Rosemary & Olive Oil, or the Fire Roasted Tomato.

Buy it but would not turn down a good recipe.
I will exchange a pasta sauce recipe if we are bartering
I make a mean soy bean hummus.
Soybeans (edemame) Tahini Water Olive oil Garlic Salt Pepper
I usually make stuff by taste, so I don't really have exact measurements. Should be about the same as with regular hummus and switch the soybeans for the chick peas.

That's pretty much what I do. Chick Peas, a fuckton garlic, lemon, a bit of pepper, and whatever else I can find in the fridge that looks good. It's pretty hard to mess up. I just kind of make it to taste as well. It's easy and only takes a few minutes if you have all the ingredients. Give it a shot.

YES! I have recently become completely addicted to hummus. I don't consume quite as much as you, but I have been eating it just about every day. My favorite at the moment is the Whole Foods house brand, either roasted red pepper or lemon flavor - it's soooooooooooooooooo thick & creamy. I've developed a salad dressing recipe that uses hummus as a thickener, and can't do any other dressing any more. So goooooooooooood...
I'm only posting in this thread now because this page bores me and I keep reading through it then realizing I've already read it multiple times. Hopefully, this post will push it along to the next one.
Except the pic of the chick eating the banana. That doesn't bother me at all.
