It looks like you choose the filter matrix and use that sweep knob to change the filter?

My 2nd guess,actually. Makes perfect sense. What exactly was the function of the slider switchy at the top of the big boi poly then? I can't remember...

I just looked at a picture of the big box and where that switch was has writing labeling it sweep filter so your correct about that.

They must not be available yet cuz nothing comes up for the xo model in stores and I took a look at
the downloadable manuel and its the one for the xo version, so soon maybe?

Actually,I can't say for sure that I'll pick this one (back) up over the BBE Mindbender. I'm significantly less of a tweaker in my old age. Plus the VB2 side of the BBE is kind of essential to the sound that I'm hearing in my head. But owning the Poly before,I can say that it's the best sounding chorus/flanger I've ever played. So,so pretty

Totally agree about the Mind Bender I snagged an Omicron Vibrato and even at 12 volts the VB-2 side of the bender
just sounded better!

I don't mind the new graphics so much, and smaller boxes are nice. But why the hell do EHX still put overload LEDs in their pedals? NOBODY CARES AND IT SOUNDS BETTER OVERLOADED MOST OF THE TIME.

Maybe because they agree, and think that two LEDs lighting up is better than one?

Then they should cover the entire pedal in LEDs that make cool pictures.

Agreed.
The polychorus is just an insane box of noise with a chorus built in.
It has an amazing flanger. I didn't think I was a Flanger fan until a bought one.

Yeah, I'm gonna grab one of these too, see how it compares to the big box which I sold because of space constraints. Been missing it badly ever since as I could never fully replicate the madness that thing dishes out.

Another bonus with the XO series is 9V power. FINALLY, it won't hog 2 outs on my power supplies.
