Forum rules
The DIY forum is for personal projects (things that are not for sale, not in production), info sharing, peer to peer assistance. No backdoor spamming (DIY posts that are actually advertisements for your business). No clones of in-production pedals. If you have concerns or questions, feel free to PM admin. Thanks so much!

It's louder than my real SHO because my real SHO only runs on batteries and the battery is usually kinda dead since it lasts forever. This thing is dc jack only and loud as hell. Plus the enclosure is sparkley, the led is pink, and the knob is sweet so it looks pretty cool haha. I'll post some pics.
But yeah I'm happy now. Apparently my mood is entirely dependent on the success of my DIY endeavors.

Fuck yeah!
BTW, if you take your gut shots with the iPhone, try to take it from further away and crop it. Perhaps a foot away. The pictures should be more clear.

I just realized the way I wired the dc jack in my first build is probably why the LED isn't working. I don't know what I'd do without this forum. Probly just have lame toanz.
McSpunkle, you are my hero.
Also, my brother gave me a dmm today. All around today was a really good day. I got my SHO working, learned how to wire stuff so that it works, got a dmm, hung out with the family, and ate the best sushi I've ever had.
I found a pretty awesome multimeter on ebay today... I dropped mine so the display broke and I got this one: http://www.ebay.at/itm/180640534539 Maybe not the best spelling and grammar but... I think it's a pretty good dmm.
