Yesterday my friend and I came up with some ideas for pedals in the same a vein as the Boss dual pedals and EHX pedals.
Completely unusable octave effect, the first footswitch controls Octave -10 to -1 and the second switch controls octaves +1 to +10. 10 OCTAVES DOWN?! IS IT POSSIBLE?!
Reverb with patchbay, you can plug all the verbs into each other, and then control the mix/sustain of all of them. There is also an overdrive switch which makes the reverb break up really awesomely.
Somewhat unusable modulation delay/phaser/ring mod. with an expression pedal input for controlling the pitch of the Ring mod and a footswitch to control the amount of reverb you want to sound more spacey. Space TONEZ.
This is my favourite. Fuzz with 7-band eq, voltage starve control, octave +1 an -1 controls with a tracking control, clean blend control, and a second footswitch for switching between presets. Analogue circuits, digital switching.
