I used to be able to make these cool looking designs when I first had photoshop cs2..... and I found them recently and i have no clue how i did such things.
So are these good enough for me to try and figure out how I made such things?

I'll give that wave distortion a shot, totally forgot about that filter. I think I just made random squiggly lines or something to make the orange one.... I can remember the red one started with photo flashes.....but I wish i knew the filters and what not.

Only thing I know about the first one is it started with three lens flares. but plastic wrap is a good idea, thanks. there's still the issue of the static on the edges though. But that should be easy.

the first one looks like some paint dabbles in photoshop wrappend in the plastic wrap filter and maybe embossed. you got me on the other 2. im guessing alot of clone stamp tools? definate props dig them all.
