Thanks for the good words alla yinz.

A few notes:ss/bs is correct, the middle knob is a switch to cycle through 6 different cap configurations to alter the voice and gain structure.

It is a bit dirtier than the original design, gets a bit more gainy, but still responds well to your volume knob. SUPER fat sounding when maxed out.

Was built for Wino at his request for a good drive pedal. After a few tweeks I thought it sounded so good, I couldn't keep it secret.

The production model will have different knobs and different placement, along with the same black graphic on a sparkle black enclosure.

Really surprised this got out so quick. Surprised as hell that anyone ever looks at my blog...

I've been on the lookout for an affordable and readily available Colorsound Overdriver clone recently. Seems like no one wants to tackle it because it's such a simple circuit but the only ones I've seen are ridiculously expensive. And not to mention ugly as fuck (I'm looking at you, Throback Overdrive/Booster. You too, Prescription Electronics RxOverdriver.).

This one's definitely on my radar. I look forward to hearing clips and reading some reviews.

@ tim : I have not played a CSOD, and really have no idea if this sounds like one. I used their circuit and tweeked it. I wouldn't classify this as a clone, and don't want to mislead you into thinking it might fill your CSOD gas. That being said, it sounds great to my ears

I suck at that shit. My playing is an embarrassment to guitars the world over.

I'll attempt at getting something within the next week or so.
