Joyo Ultimate Octave is not to be sneezed at.

It absolutely destroyed the Danos in not feeling cheap (at the same exact price point) and in having a lot more usable range of sounds.

It doesn't really get rude by my standards by itself but it really does a stand-up job goosing other units - did beautiful splatting things to DE Test Pattern and a Blender.

My pedalboard costs approximately 191 Metal Zones.

my friend has a Byiang fuzz, the octave setting was surprisingly good :)

i owned a Mars Pulsating Star tremolo... not... the best pedal in the world... if you need a tremolo and you have at least semi-decent amount of money, just go straight for Boss TR-2 and save yourself the amount of pain usually contended in buying cheaper shady trems

Heh heh heh... yes. Yes I do. But only because it's not the typical chorus. It's more of a pulsing, spinning, gobs of low-end modulation sorta thing.

DOD - Most things
Arion - Mawdulayshunnz
Dano - Mostly their older stuff...
Biyang/Joyo - Seems like about everything
Mars - Had a cool a/b/y switch?

Overall I say DOD wins, arion behind them.

I should try out more biyang or joyo though because they would probably end up ruining arion at least.

Dude, are the more recent Arion thingies THAT good? I know the old SCH-1's are highly praised on sound rad from the demos, but they've hit the "over 100.00" mark. New Arion=Analog?

idk about the newest arions. My friend keeps a bass flanger on his board and it's not like any flanger I've heard in person.

They are plastic though...

Dude. Dude. Dude. I know I shouldn't give this away, but...

Daddy's Junky Music for old Arions. Seriously. They're still in the $20 - $40 ranged last I checked there.

In fact, I'm'a go check it right now!

Someone get the DOD stereo flange. All of the old DOD flange units are fucking awesome. An FX72 has been my main "normal" flanger for about 4 years now. (meaning that i have 2 other flangers, but only use them for specific wacked out settings. For everything else, I use the DOD)

Yup yup, my only flange is a FX75, I got it for like $27 and just love the sound, I wish it had a volume or a FX pan cuz it's fucking loud but still I just love the sound, so overbearing

So what you are saying is that there is actually a chorus pedal that I might actually like? damn... I need one now :wha?:
