the fortune was a pedal idea someone who was building for devi had.

it's basically one of the noisiest pedals i've ever encountered. when it's engaged and there is no signal going through (i'm not playing) it howls at this weird frequency that gives me a slight headache from time to time :) it's a lovely addition to the feedback loop because it's so assertive! i honestly do not remember the details of the pedal (she took down the video after it was decided it would not go into production), but it's a gnarly little thing... and only one was made.
