Oh - I just remembered one of mine! Back when I was a young 'un, there was a Spielberg-produced show that was going to be his take on the Twilight Zone, except with more range... so not just weird stories, but also adventure, sci-fi, whatever the writers wanted. Anyhow, one episode was about a famous horror author who was being stalked by something horribly evil that could only get closer to the guy when he was looking in a mirror... he would see the the thing in the reflection... he tries to get away... and then as he's pulling out of his parking garage, a security guard comes out to the car to tell the guy to drive safely... and he sees the thing in the guards mirrored shades, and dies of a heart attack!

Anyhow, I saw that when I was eleven, and had irrational phobias of seeing something terrible in mirrors for ages after that. It still hits me late at night sometimes. Argh!
