Solder lug 3 of the pot to lug 3 of the trimmer (rightmost pin while looking at the trimmer) and lug 2 of the pot to lug 2 of the trimmer (center pin of trimmer, which goes to ground). Drill a hole in the beast of an enclosure, mount pot... voila.

Thanks man!!!!

something like this cool?

http://www.radioshack.com/product/index ... %3AGoogle#

I know I'd have to cut the shaft to size but radio shack does not carry the smaller shaft pots.

This may sound like a dumb question but do I need to take out the trim pot or can I just solder the pot to the existing connections?

I've always really wanted one of these, but the horror stories I've read here about poor builds + I already have a muff + it's pricey has led to no fuzz war purchased by myself. Do I forsee a bunch on craigslist as they rush to get one with a new knob? Do I have 100 dollars to spend right now?

No.......

DBA aren't know for quality builds but I've yet to have one go down. The lifetime warranty is nice too (customer service could use some work but they get it done eventually) Not sure why they make 'em so huge, probably because Oliver just throws his shit on the ground randomly. Guess he's not thinking of board space...just terribly huge though. Anyone seens a Harmonic Transformer in person??

The Robot is the only DBA I've held onto, the rest were cool but prices be crazy. Found some high quality, versatile replacements for way less $$, right here on ILF in fact.

Yes, the Moog Audio in Toronto has a big selection of pedals and they have them all - that thing is fucking preposterous!!!

PREPOSTEROUS.

In a good way.
