played a gig last night at a stupidly big venue and despite FUCKING a song up we rocked it.

best part? when after our first song the sound guy came up and asked me to turn down as the restaurant across the road though we were too loud. this was with just the drums and vocals going through the PA. My amps first outing did itself proud!

LPs without pickguards just look disgusting to me. It's like an uncircumcised penis or something.

So strange people were outside with the parents eating food off the grill. I got some too, while I was inside making some coffee with the grinder and french press(c'est delicieux). After a single wake-up puff of weedajuana, yummy-ummy coffee with grilled steak and chicken, corn on the cob, and scalloped 'taters is a nice way to start a day. There, my friends, is the advantage of still living with one's parents.

No shit lol christchurch also has nothing really going on/ similar to some obscure low population middle american city like Des Moines, Iowa but it's kind of charming the whole whoa we have good reasonably priced beer and if you drive an hour you can go somewhere pretty with hills + lots of sheep and such. I could see how it could get old tho.

I think i wouldn't mind living in auckland possibly.
