Just finished brewing an IPA. Its bubbling away in its carboy fermenter, should take a little less than a week. Gonna add another ounce of cascade hops after that, and bottle it beyond that. Should have some tasty beer in about two months.

But anyone here heard of Ska Brewery out of Durrango Colorado?

Always wanted to try that one. I think it's pretty hard to come by here in Michigan. That's a CA biere, right? Highest rated IPA on Beer Advocate... but ehh... it's what I like that matters, not a bunch of goofs. But yeah, ENJOY.

I had a Bear Republic Red Rocket, followed by my favourite beer, Bell's Two Hearted (MI hooooooooooooo!). Gonna have another Red Rocket I/methinks.

All while putting together my tiny, cramped pedalboard!

Sometimes I'm like: That's enough, and then I come on here and everyone is drankin' and I'm like TIME FOR ANOTHER.

Glad everyone digs this thread. 'Tis my baby. Incidentally, I started this thread last year on my 29th birfday... #30 coming up on the 13th. I ain't afraid.

Pliny is fucking KILLER!! I traded a 2007 Three Floyds Dark Lord for 8 Pliny the Elders. But I also have a double keggerator and I made a Pliny clone that I tapped yesterday so I have it on draught! :thumb:

BTW...I fucking LOVES me some Two Hearted Ale!!! :love:
