Basic Audio - who has?

Post by fetch »

Who has their stuff?

I'm getting John to put together an MKII and a Muff copy together for me. I decided on the one enclosure because I need to save a bit of room on the board so it's a bit of a gamble. I've read some great reviews and would love to hear other members thoughts!

You won't be disappointed. John is a great builder. His pedals sound awesome and are some of the cleanest builds you will find.

Not too bad yourself there fuzzjunkie. :thumb:

I'm lucky enough to have 2 BA pedals. Every time I plug one in I get perma-grin.

i have his Futureman and i absolutely love it. I could act as my only dirt pedal on my board. Almost has this fuzz quality to it when the gain is maxed. But it doesnt get mushy and still stands out in a band setting.
I was part of a tour box John did at TGP, there is a ton of reviews and clips there for you to check out. The tour was for the Zippy, Gnarly, Foxey Lady and Scarab Deluxe.

I have a Spooky Tooth and I love it. Sounds super super super good and has an amazing range of tonal variations with just three knobs. Build quality is fantastic too, as has been stated. I don't imagine that you'll be disappointed.

im sure if we get enough people interested and someone to organize it he would be down. Try emailing him to see what he thinks. I think there was like 20 people in the tour box over at TGP.

Basic Audio/ILF tourbox would be the tits.

Going through all of the demos on his website is killing me. I CAN'T DECIDE WHICH ONE IS THE MOST AWESOME.

I almost got one, but decided to go with the 4Eyes.
Maybe later.

That's hilarious...I was thinking of getting one a few weeks back and searched across every forum trying remember where I'd heard about it...
Of course the only place I didn't think to look was the forum I spend the most time on
