I made a rack yesterday using this tutorial. It's a great space saver, thanks a lot for the detailed walkthrough! So much better than having a forest of guitars to knock over.
(Krylon Fusion is great for painting it, no sanding needed)
I didn't use glue though...it seems pretty sturdy. Maybe it's because I didn't use any kind of PVC cleaner/preparation crap, but without pliers or something I can't even pull the non-endcap pieces apart once they're really jammed together. I don't think it's going to have any problems but I'll check it every now and then.
