NGW (Shoegazin Dayz)

Post by sonidero »

Ever since I was trippin to the sounds of Spaceman 3, Swervedriver and My Bloody Valentine in the early 90's I've had a hard on for Jag's and Jazzies... I always said I would get an American one new from the store and play it till it fell apart but 20 years later and only an American Strat here I freaked out... This past week I threw a big FTW and went and got a 2010 Jagmaster that is newish from the pawn shop next to Music Makers... It was sooo great playin that beater that I went to Music Makers Sat. and bought a new MIM Jazzmaster Blacktop that is the tits !!! (not really having bridge problems yet) So today I woke up and went into work late and stopped by another pawn shop by my house that had a MIM white Jaguar that I've always wanted and got it too for cheap... So in a week I went from no offsets and sad to 3 and a week long erection... I might need to call the doctor... The MIM's are really nice and I must say I was just being a snob about the American ones I guess... Anyway they tear shit through all my ILF pedals and really like the Pharaoh, Chalice, Algal Bloom, Jero Muff, and Snowdrift... Back to playin...

I also got these pedals while shoppin this week... I got a Moen Jimi Zero a new Dunlop GCB-95 wah and a sweet minty chrome Dunlop 535Q from the pawn shop... Grabbed a used EHX BBM (too much bass for my ILF dumble taste) for cheap while getting strings and cables at Music Makers... I got a new Alesis PHLNGR from my neighbor and an awesome Hooper Looper from CL (thanks psilly :hello: )... I also picked up some more Transmetropolitan which helps...

I read a really odd ball manga a while back that used that as where the ecchi part was suppose to be... supposedly they story is based on a true story someone posted on 2chan
