I dunno what to say about a 19mm Stingray, but I admit to being 4-centric to begin with.

And FEAR2 is the only time (so far) a game has actually made me nervous...the school hallway part.

And FEAR2 is the only time (so far) a game has actually made me nervous...the school hallway part.

the graphics REALLY don't hold up well so it's hard to replay FEAR.UNO, but there's a scene where you're walking down a hall in an office (whole fucking game was office, office, office, ooo! COURTYARD! oh, office. still loved it) where a bloody body gets pitched at you through some glass. a little bit of poo might have made an escape first time i did that part.

I remember that scene...body comes out of a conference room.

Since I got my new monitor last month, I've been debating whether to load up F/1 and Ext. Point just to see what they look like in hi-def.

And in general, I can usually deal with aging graphics if the gameplay is there...the original Half Life and Far Cry 1 both come to mind.

My friend watched me play some FEAR before he bought it, and he happened to witness the infamous ladder scene.
So, whenever he played through, he refused to use any ladder and chose to take the fall damage.
