Had an awesome bottle of DFH Sah'tea after drinking a few Tröegs Pilsners. I feel woozy.

Funny, that's actually how I feel about New Belgium.
but I think we can all agree that Spotted Cow rules.
I am enjoying a cycle of Shock Top, warm PBR(yes, I'm a HUGE hipster), and Jim Beam. Tied down with some lovely benzos.

WHAT?! IPAs are the best. Imperial IPAs and Imperial Stouts.
You have to like bitter, strong, and heavy though. And once you do, it's hard to like things that are light or sweet also. Most light beers make me nauseous after little more than a few sips.

A DELICIOUS PORTER

It will be followed up by some DFH SQUALL IPA. Also it was preceeded by BLACK HATTER IPA and OAK AGED HATTER IPA. Im not really a big ipa guy as im usually drinking stouts and porters but i disagree with aen entirely on this one. Also new belgium blows. Also spotted cow is yum. Also when it comes to beer aen is a crusty headed ninnymuggins.

Dude SWOYT on the New Holland bevs, there. I've had three of the four new ones... the Rye Hatter, Black Hatter, and Farmhouse Hatter. Both the Rye and Black ones are great... the Farmhouse one is also good, but doesn't taste like an IPA... more like a slightly sour Belgian. It laid me out last night, though. I think I drank it too fast.
I'm not going to get into it over IPAs, as I'm not going to split hairs about something that TASTES AWESOME AND GETS YOU DRUNK, but lemme just put in that I love IPAs and have always loved IPAs and it's almost hard for me to drink anything else!
I wasn't going to have another beer tonight, but I don't think I can post in my baby thread without toasting its existence. Just a Short's Pandemonium Pale Ale, but yum.
Cheers, THE BEER THREAD(?)----->!!!!

Personally, I am not a huge IPA fan. That said, I do not begrudge you your love of bitter hops. Do not begrudge me my love of beers that taste like lightly carbonated coffee milkshakes.
At least we can stand united in our hatred of light beers. These days, my idea of a decent light beer is usually a Guinness.

I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

I'm not big on drink, but I'll have a couple beers here and there. I usually drink Yuengling.
I'd like to try a nicer beer, I'm just not sure what, among the random brands around here, is dec.
