There was one up here yesterday...39-or-so individual posts in incomprehensible alleged-English rambling on about a S. Korean auto mfgr or something. It's already been pulled in spite of at least one vote for it to be stickied/HOF'd. It gave me a chance to use my IBTL .gif, tho.

Yeah, there's been three or four just very recently, like the Blackgong above that repeats himself. Mods just got to brush them off.

Longtime lurker here.
Used to be from the gtr/bass>cable>amp school of thought, but the last few years I've woken up to the magic those little stompboxes contain.
My name is benjuro, and I have a problem...hoof, monarch, pharaoh, supercollider, a silly number of russian muffs, and an array of lesser gain devices, along with the required delays and other colors. A guitar and bass for every day of the week, not b/c I'm rich but more 'cos I wear the same clothes for years and don't spend $$$ on much else.
I have a doom/drone project in Central Mass.
More of a bass player, but this one is two significantly downtuned gtrs + drums.
Always looking for the next tool to make my tone slay...nice to know I'm not the only one.

Hey, I'm Spencer. I'm new to this whole Fuzz thing so be gentle. I started out playing guitar about 5 years back but that was mainly an acoustic endeavour. I'm self taught (which is probably why my pinky strenght sucks) and have a tendency to start playing along to music that I like so now that I've started getting into a more punk, lofi, shoegaze, noise rock genres, I need pedals to sound the part. I play a Blonde Fender Telecaster with a Fender Hotrod Deville amp but I also play Saxophone and dabble in Banjo playing (which would both sound crazy if u could fuzz them out). The only pedal I have is the Boss RC-3 i got for my birthday cause my friends are all lame so I essentially have to be in a 1-man band.
This is also the first forum I have joined since grade school days so I hope I dont act too noobish.
Thats probably a little more of an intro than you are used to but there you have it.

If it wasn't for music, I don't think I could handle the chronic pain. The louder and more distorted I play the happier I am. There's a link in my signature to my bands bandcamp page. Feel free to check it out, I hope you like it.

Absolutely, BigChiefBC, will do...you still in RI?
Participated in and witness to lots of heavy in the Providence area over the years, some cool stuff has come out of there.

BigChiefBC and I both rep the RI... if you do play around these parts, definitely let us know. I'm always down to try to make it out for an ILF band (general lameness + fatherhood means I don't make it out as often as I'd like, but still... let us know!)!
I'm more like a mids-ist than a bassist.

Yeah I live in RI now, but I'm from central MA. Grew up in Fitchburg, went to college in Worcester. And I bet I could drag jrmy out to a show up there

Hey, I've been lurking for a while and I figured I might as well start posting. I've been getting into pedals/noise lately and what better place to discuss then here. I've been playing bass in a band for about 4 years, and a little guitar on the side. I started messing around with some keyboards too.
In conclusion, hey.
