At the start it reminds me of Jim O'Rourke, and then it has a really nice Brazilian-jaz flavoured cadence at the end (did you think of doing that on acoustic?).

My mom and dad used to work for jacobson's (that department store that went out of business). They'd play similar jazzy music in the stores. And seeing as that was when my parents were together, that song is pretty powerful. Honestly a very comforting song, reminds me of elegance and class. As well as golden perfume.

With that said, you should write for the weather channel.
