ok guys I've done my research. I can get the 4site 125B already black powdercoated in 10 packs from ebay. info on screen printing on powdercoated pedals is scarce but I have pieced it together through the internet. I found a 2 part epoxy ink that comes in all sorts of bright colors. it will bond to almost anything and it is durable as hell. the problem is that I am really a small builder and this means I have to do batches of 10 or 20 for each screen I make! I will probably do it anyway. so here I have compiled information for anyone else that might find it useful or feels ambitious enough to try it first. only thing left to do is build some kind of jig.

Does that ink cure by itself or do you have to heat it up?

Re: screen printing on powder coat boxes.
its a 30 or 45 minute pre-cure before you can use it. its two part epoxy (A + B). then you have a 6 to 8 hour pot life for a full day of printing. actually the it says 6 to 8 hours till dry to the touch. so I guess the printing time is more like a few hours with it. just read the datasheet if you want. it talks about what colors you can bake and what temp and how long. like most colors can be baked between 150F to 180F for like 30 min. without the bake it could take up to 5 or 6 days for a full cure at room temp. I might actually drop ship 10 packs to phantom chicken but I have to talk to him first and see what he wants for a fee.
