strictly speaking, a P90 is of course a single-coil PU. do you want guitars with a P90 neck/something else single-coil in the bridge ONLY, or are you interested in guitars with 2xP90s also?

The p-90 does sound different from other single coils though. I was looking for a tele with a p-90 and single coil bridge...but open to most. I found that Reverend Buckshot and it has a mini humbucker and tele bridge...

It's somewhat more than $700 new, but have you considered the G&L Asat Classic Custom? While the MFD pickup in the neck position isn't a true P90, it does share some tonal characteristics.

Squier has a tele w p90 & single, & jm neck. White or butter. Very nice guitar.
These days you can get a pickguard you like and pop it in any guitar. Might have to dig out the pickup cavity a little. I think it's worth it.
I used to dream about strat w humbucker neck pickup/s/s. At the time Tom Anderson was the only one doing that and it was out of reach for most.

They're affordable and fun I just don't expect Gibson quality. Some models may require simple mods.
