Its this the same thing as the EP booster. The ep booster is cheaper and has a smaller footprint.

Yeah....It is supposed to be voiced a bit differently....and sure looks a lot cooler in that 50's rockabilly kind of way. But the ultimate end result would probably be pretty similar.

This one is actually based on the pre-amp of the Roland Space Echo.

It's not based on any preamp from any Roland anything. It's shitty inside. It's just a modded version of the Brain Seltzer.

No shit, I'm gonna make it a priority to become skilled with the soldering and attempt to build something. McSpunckle just sold his old soldering station for $35 last week and I missed it by a couple minutes, damn it!

Um, no it doesn't. The preamp opamp from the Space Echo isn't a 741, it's a 4558. I don't even think there's a 741 in the Space Echo.
